ABOUT TRAMPOLINE & DMT

AGE GROUP

Our Trampoline & DMT classes aim to accomodate children aged 7+ years old to develop their trampoline & DMT skills, achieve trampoline awards and have fun.

APPARATUS & EQUIPMENT

Gymnasts have access to our Trampoline & DMT apparatus

AWARD SCHEMES

We follow the British Gymnastics proficiency award scheme 1-15 for Trampoline.

UNIFORM & INSURANCE

For new members, wear something comfortable to train in such as shorts and a t-shirt. Please bring socks for trampoline. After a trial period, gymnasts will be required to wear a leotard to train in, and must have updated British Gymnastics membership for insurance to continue training.

BREAK TIME

Gymnasts are recommended to bring a water bottle which they may use throughout the session by asking a coach. Gymnasts are also recommended to bring a snack for break time.

ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL

We offer a limited parental viewing area by the front doors. Arrival is at the front entrance. At the end of the session, gymnasts are safely dismissed at the side door exit to the car park by a member of staff.

We offer a FREE TRIAL session, to give new members the opportunity to try our classes for approximately 1 hour.
